Infinity #2 delves into the details of profound and meaningful experiences in the artist's life.
Today marks the first time getting back in the water after a week of being under the weather. The expectation for today is simple - have fun and rediscover the joy of being in the water. At the Zhubei Swimming Pool, what excited me the most was the sunlight streaming into the pool. Underwater, the water appeared a light shade of blue, with gentle ripples creating layers at the pool's bottom. In the midst, there was a layer where the sunlight penetrated, providing a sensation of swimming from darkness into light.
While swimming towards the sunlight, I felt the relationship between the changing direction of my palms and the resistance of the water.
While swimming on my side, I felt the water flowing between my toes. Flutter-kicking, I sensed water and air rolling over the top of my feet. When my two foot soles crossed, I felt the water compressed into a temporary vortex in time and space…
I saw that in the water, it's not just me; in this world, it's not just me. I saw light in the water, alternating between brightness and shadow. The water's surface appeared to have suspended particles, and at the bottom of the pool, there were ripples reflecting sunlight. Sunlight clung to the edges of the ripples, resembling the morning glow revealed by mountain mists.
I chased after the water ripples – waves created by me.

What people say about me or actually about them. The comments people make, whether positive or negative, are often more a reflection of their own thoughts and experiences than an accurate portrayal of who I am. It might seem like they're talking about me, but in reality, it's about their own perspectives.
What others say about me should not have the ability to hurt me. No matter what they say, I, am still myself.
Infinity #2-8
I've never connected my life events or seen a pattern until you pointed out that I am a person with courage and inspiration.
Now, I can see each step of the journey, how challenging it was when I walked through it, and how shimmering it looks in hindsight.
Each step becomes more solid, stable, and secure.
Infinity #2-10
Later, I had a dream where a big bird became very angry, growing larger and larger until it broke through the roof and engaged in battle. Like a warrior, it protected me.
Afterward, I kept looking for it, but it was gone. It was only then that I realized it was me, and I was it. Finally, I opened my palm and discovered its feathers inside.
After that, it took some time for me to truly understand this character and accept that it's a part of me. I felt extremely unfamiliar with this new version of myself, to the point of questioning its appropriateness, rejecting the fact that it is part of me, and realizing I could become it in the future.
Having read this book, I learned that all these are normal responses following intense emotions.
Infinity #2-12
“I asked her to give her voice a rest and to accept the emotional residual that was part of a normal response.”
“I also asked her to recognize the resources that she had accessed in this emergency. And to thank herself for saving her.”
The Inner Game of Stress Quotes by W. Timothy Gallwey
In the past, I was searching for my place in the world.
Now, I feel the world has become fertile, and everything can nourish me. I discovered that within me, there is not only a little girl but now also a guardian.
Thank you for our encounter.
Through you, I've learned more facets of love and gained a deeper understanding of myself. Thank you for being part of this meaningful phase in my life. All of this is a timeless gift to me, for my future journey and for myself.
Simultaneously, I'm stepping into a greater freedom.
